What format do you  return images in?

We provide all our finished work as full quality jpg images in sRGB.

Do you offer a free trial of your editing?

Yes send us ten RAW images and we will provide you with processed and retouched images. We will work with you to establish your style.

How do I send you my images?

Our prefered method is FTP. We will provide you with an FTP account on you first order. If you have slow upload speeds we can accept your files on CD/DVD. Please don’t send your master files, keep them backed up at home.

What do you use for image processing?

We use Lightroom for RAW procesing and Photoshop for more indepth editing.

Do I get a say in the design of my albums?

Absolutely.  You can provide as little or as many instructions  as you like when you order. We design your pages and send you roadmaps for each page so you can review and easily discuss any variations required. The job is not finished until you approve the complete design.

What types of album cover options do you provide?

Our albums can be delivered with glass, PU leather or magazine style covers.

How do I pay?

We offer bank transfer and paypal invoicing at this time.
